Pre and post natal 

This year, after the news of becoming an Auntie (how exciting!), I qualified to be able to exercise with ladies who are pregnant, right through to after the baby is born.

Throughout my qualification I realised:

- how important it is for women to exercise (safely) whilst pregnant, and beyond

- how having a baby is a mental, emotional and physical change

- how incredible our bodies are!

You could be someone who is new to exercise, and you've heard about the benefits of exercise on your body during and/or after pregnancy.

OR you could be someone who was fairly/very active before your pregnancy, and you would like to keep exercising during and/or after pregnancy.
