Fitness 70+ came about after a personal training client in her 80's found that she had more mobility, fitness and strength to do day to day activities like switching on a plug, or walking down the road. 

The exercises in the session are adaptable around ability and injuries. They are based around everyday movements and are designed to develop strength, mobility and balance.

The sessions starts with a warm up, a varity of exercises, a cool down followed by a 20 minute cuppa and chat!

Thursday's at 12:30-1:30pm
