How does this work?

We have a 1-1 consultation over the phone or your choice of video call (Skype, Zoom, FaceTime)

If you decide to go ahead with personal training, we book in a time to train online.

FitCamp Online

How does this work?

Every Sunday I send you an email and ask - would you like to train this week? 

Monday and/or Thursday at 6:00 pm.

You reply YES, COUNT ME IN! 

You bank transfer £3.00 per class.

I send you a Zoom link and password to join.

You join on your chosen day(s), and you workout in your home for 45 minutes.

How does this work?
