Becca graduated from The University of Northampton in 2013 with a 2:1 in BA (hons) Dance degree.
After leaving university, Becca completed her Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification, and has been closely working with 1-1 and group sessions to improve fitness, health and wellbeing.
In 2019, Becca completed her pre and post natal qualification to be able to work with women during their pregnancy and after giving birth.
Becca's passion for personal development became apparent in her early 20's. Since then she has gone on to develop and train herself in communication, team, management and leadership. In 2020 Becca decided to start her own coaching business where she loves to be able to impact others in all aspects of their lives.
